Mental Health Counselors
Orlando Thrive Therapy - The therapists over at Orlando Thrive Therapy, Coaching and Counseling take mental health therapy and step it up a notch! Through a unique approach that combines psychology with mindfulness, specialized individual and couples services, as well as lifestyle coaching, clients actually experience real, lasting change!
Tracy Weiss at Weiss Counsel - "My ideal client is the overwhelmed woman who often doesn’t even realize how stressed and anxious she is (because living in survival mode has been her mode of operating for so long) but is sensing there might be more/better for her out of life. She’s often a mom or recently divorced or a professional go-getter. While I am a licensed therapist, I work mostly as a Life Consultant (a hybrid of coach and counselor for high-functioning adults) these days. Clients can best interact with me through my website (weisscounsel.com) or via Instagram (@weisscounsel)."

She has a particular passion for working with life transitions, goal attainment, relationship concerns, holistic wellness, women’s issues, and LGBT issues.
